Shipping Policy

  1. Eligible Shipping Areas
    Due to state-specific regulations and restrictions on ammunition shipments, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

    • Connecticut
    • Illinois
    • Massachusetts
    • New Jersey
    • New York
    • Washington, D.C.
    • Alaska
    • Hawaii

    Rocket City Ammunition ships only within the continental United States (48 contiguous states). We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or any location outside the continental U.S., as ammunition must be shipped via ground transportation in compliance with hazardous material regulations.

  2. Shipping Method
    All ammunition shipments are sent through ground transportation, adhering to federal and state laws governing the transportation of limited-quantity hazardous materials. Once your order is placed and processed, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

  3. Processing Time
    We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. However, processing times may vary depending on order volume and availability. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

  4. Age Verification and Legal Compliance
    By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 21 years old and are legally eligible to purchase and receive ammunition under all applicable laws in your state and locality. Rocket City Ammunition is not liable for issues arising from shipments to individuals who are not legally eligible to receive ammunition.


Returns Policy

  1. No Returns or Exchanges
    Due to the nature of ammunition products, Rocket City Ammunition does not accept returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be refunded or returned.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to investigate and address any issues. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage to expedite the process.

  3. Problems or Performance Issues
    If you experience any problems or performance issues with our products, please contact us promptly. When reaching out, include the lot number written on the packaging to help us identify and address any potential issues more effectively. This information allows us to investigate specific batches and ensure quality control.
